Optional generic OKF exercise

Generic OKF: links and backlinks focuses on ordinary body links and their generated reverse edges. It extends the generic bundle exercise; it does not introduce OKFKB Findings, synthesis or lifecycle policy. The OKFKB tutorial explains the relationships it needs within its own worked example.
